That’s what I told my daughters growing up. It’s also how I’ve run this business from day one.

I’ve been a Cosmetologist for over 30 years and still work part-time with clients I adore. But most days, you’ll find me in my workspace, mixing up small batches of skincare with ingredients I trust. What started with a few bath products for my girls turned into something more than I ever planned. Windsor Hills grew out of the simple idea that you shouldn’t have to choose between safe ingredients, something that actually works, and smells wonderful.

Back then, I just wanted to make things that smelled good and didn’t make my daughters' skin freak out. I never set out to start a company, but people kept asking for more. So I kept making more.

Windsor Hills is based in Windsor, New York. Every product is mixed, poured, labeled, and packed by hand. We don’t mass-produce anything, and we’re not trying to be fancy. We care more about what’s in the bottle than how shiny it looks on a shelf.

Our products are derived from plants, and every formula is created to do what it says. We skip the gimmicks, avoid the junk, and keep things as natural as possible. And if we ever find a better or safer version of something, we change it. No big announcements. We just do it.

The Reason Behind Every Batch

A few years into this journey, I suffered a spinal injury that caused nerve damage in my arms. It forced me to slow down and find new ways to take care of myself. That experience led me to study holistic health and rethink how I made products.

The goal became bigger than body butter and bath bombs. I wanted to create things that could bring relief, comfort, and a little joy. I’m always tweaking formulas and paying attention to how they feel and work — it’s not about rushing anything out the door. Even with the bumps in the road, I still love what I do and keep making each batch with care.
