What’s the difference between wholesale and private label?

Wholesale means you sell Windsor Hills products as-is, under our name and branding.

Private label means you get our formulas but with your own label, logo, and branding.

What’s the minimum order?

Wholesale: $500 to start, then $250 minimum for reorders (12 units per product)


Private Label: $750 for the first order (includes label design), then $500 minimum (12 units per product)

Can I get bulk/backbar sizes for service use?

Yes. Bulk options for in-salon or treatment use don’t require a minimum quantity. They're perfect for pedicures, facials, or back bar use.

Do you follow labeling laws?

Yes. We follow the FPLA (Fair Packaging and Labeling Act), FHSA (Federal Hazardous Substances Act), and CPSC requirements. All private label items come labeled and compliant.

How do I get my products?

Pickup is free by appointment. We also ship via USPS Priority (insured) or offer local delivery (starting at $20). Shipping/delivery are billed separately.

How long does it take to fulfill my order?

About 2 weeks, depending on the season. Holidays can slow things down due to supply chain delays. We'll always communicate if anything shifts.
